We now have the 1 3/8" upgrade input shaft from the 1 1/4" for the Dodge NV4500. The kit includes everything shown in the picture above: 1 3/8" input shaft, bearing retainer with seal, front bearing and race, pancake bearing as well as the thrust bearing.
